How do I interpret my national percentile score?  [Top]
The National Percentile Score indicates the percentage of people who scored less marks than you in that particular test out of all those who appeared for it.

Thus, if 1000 students take a particular test across the country, and your national percentile score is 90 percentile, it means that 90% of the test takers (which is 90% of 1000 = 900 test takers) scored lesser marks than you.

In case you score exactly the same marks as another candidate, the score of the one, who has taken lesser time to submit the test, will be considered higher.

Why does my percentile score for a particular test change over a period of time?  [Top]
We update the percentile scores on a daily basis. Whenever more users take the test, percentile scores get changed, since percentile is a measure of relative performance.

By taking the same test again, however, the percentile will not change.

Can I resubmit my answers?  [Top]
Of course you can. You can take each test as many times as you want. However, we only record the score at your first attempt.

If I resubmit my answers, will my percentile change?  [Top]
We only consider the score in the first attempt for your performance record. Only this score is used for calculating your percentile.

Therefore, taking the test again will not change your percentile. However, many other users taking that test for the first time would affect even your percentile.

How do I close my account?  [Top]
Under the setting tab, there is an option to close your account. By doing this you will lose access to the website and also will not receive any further email communication, which is relevant for current users.

I have a question, which I am unable to solve. Can TenA Day help me?  [Top]

All questions in CAT are based on 10th and 12th standard fundamentals. Therefore, apart from revising, remember that your common sense counts for a lot! Look at it this way CAT is based on relative performance. Therefore, it is important that at any point in your preparation, you must know where you stand.

Finally, remember to use the detailed explanatory answers that are provided to understand the concepts that you dont know. This way you will learn even faster!
